I love zumba its so Fun to do and you do work up such a sweat its great, I’ve slowed on doing it now but gonna start again, I defo felt a big change to.my tummy when I was doing it xx
i use to do zumba its a lot of fun but i dont think its great for toning up. my gym instructor says zumba is like the wii fit and im never to mention it to him again lol.
Circuit training is excellent so is body combatt and body blast. if you have the choice do these classes. but it all depends on what you want to get out of the workout x
i wud like to loose a bit of fat and then tone up aswell so all in all get fit! and my thighs i hate my thighs ughhh! xx and since my op ive been so lazt jst cnt get back.. x

Body combat is a bit of all the martial arts put to music and made into a class. It’s basically alot of punching kicking and a bit of jumping about. My class I think you burn 500-600 cals depending on how hard you work. Body attack is the most intense aerobics class you will ever do, burns around 750 cals in an hour if you do it right. It’s tough but good xx
body combat is aerobics with martial arts mixed in, body attack is aerobics with weights mixed in. both are excellent for all over fitness, toning and weight loss. circuits is hard but great for fitness. hope this helps. they are all great fun which is what its all about.

No worries sarahlouise13. We dont do weights in our attack class, guess it depends on where you go. Body pump is all weights, ive avoided it since my ba cos of that but might try kettle bells as my gym has just started that.
I dont like zumba as i cant keep up with it! lol. I have zero co-ordination so i dont feel like im getting a proper workout x
i love zumba do it 3 times a week! tones and it great fun xx
