Dont worry honey, the members that used that hospital are probably not on line at the moment, xxx

No I wasn’t, at all. Mr Kazzazi was wonderful, and so were the theatre staff. The nurses though were awful and didn’t have a clue. They messed all the paperwork up, didn’t have my medication ready even though it was ordered specially a week in advance (i needed specific meds), and “forgot” to order me food/ feed me. Then they kept me in over 14 hours (i was a day case admitted at 10 am!). I wrote to head office with an official complaint.

I thought perhaps this was just a bad day for them as so many other girls had theirs there with no issues, but 3 weeks ago i had to go back there to have some fluid drained off my breast. Once again they had no clue, even to the point of asking me to fill in another contact form as I’d never been there before!!!!!! And the staff were rude.

Not a good experience as far as I’m concerned.

Doesn’t mean to say you will have the same, as other girls I know have had no probs at all. However, I’m not the only one who has either so just be warned. I’m surprised MYA still use them xx

ps newboobies thats abit harsh.. u may have had a bad time but thats your opinion and mya would def not use doncaster if they were going to damage their rep..

    Menu

No it’s not harsh keri. There is no excuse for treating private (or any!) patients badly. We don’t pay upwards of 3 grand to be left to our own devices and neglected. I think if it had happened to you you might be saying something very different indeed. The OP asked what the hospital was like, and that’s what it was like for me, and not just me in fact. A whole group of us submitted complaints about them at the same time. The fact that they were so incompetent TWICE just confirmed it.

I agree with new boobies. Nurses was okay , kitchen staff forgot to come see me and nurses frgot to give them my order so I had to buzz several times untill mum argued with kitchen staff . I will agree that day nurses was gd but night nurses omg i wanted to be home at ten I got home at 12 ! As it took them ages to get everything together ! My nurse didn’t even know how to take drains out which concerned me . Mr kazzazi was great that’s who I’ve paid for . So didn’t complain x

Mr Kazzazi is brilliant, totally and utterly. You’re in safe hands with him. In my experience the theatre staff were also very good, and put my mind at rest as I went in for my op. It was just the night staff/ nurse, and the receptionists that were shitty, with bad attitudes. Definitely take some snacks, and plenty to read/ do “just in case”.

I am very happy with my boobs though xx
