double bubble

im really concerned ive seen pictures of girls with a double bubble effect and was really interested if anyone could tell me why it happens or if there was anything that can be done to avoid it? really need some advice

also as the next time i will be meeting with my surgeon is my operation, i dont want to be leaving it till the last minute to ask any questions as my nerves would just be all over the place anyway.
