Down sizing / 2nd op 460cc

Hello,

I have 460cc breast implants for about 7/8 years but feel like they are sagging and just to big has anyone down sized and know if it cost more? Or if I would need a lift? Also can advise/ feedback on surgeons would be great as my original one doesn’t work anymore. Will upload some photos tomorrow

Mr Mahdi is great I had him yesterday! I got a small implant 225cc I was going to do an uplift but he decided in surgery it was not needed! Very happy about that, so far loving my results and no pain 🙂 have pics on my page ! Feel free to ask any questions
