Congratulations, pleased to hear everything went well for you. Puts my mind at ease too as i have Mr Adamo in 3 weeks time :o) Great that you don’t have to worry about getting your stitches wet too.

have just sent before and after pic.

I did need 2 different size implants but the smaller boob with took the bigger implant is tighter and slightly sorer than the other one. Dr Adamo did say this would be the case as the skin has to stretch more over the bigger implant. It’s not really a problem though,

sharon and Claire, have just emailed you a before and after photo’s, the after is literally 24hrs post op so still very recent, i’m glad I didn’t go smaller

:bigsmile:I see a lot of people are putting on a note on here about their experience, so I thought i’d do the same,

I had my op yesterday at Highgate with Dr Adamo, what a fantastic surgeon! would definitely recommend him. I had my own private en suite room, the staff were coming by regularly to check up on me. I went in as a day case (as it’s loads cheaper) and came home last night. No pain just a bit achey, but with lovely big boob’s to look at I am well happy. He’s used dissolvable stitches and waterproof plasters so they can get wet. A friend of mine used him a couple of months ago and she couldn’t praise him enough. As well as being a really good surgeon he has got a really nice personality to, All the nurses were saying how Dr Adamo was a very nice surgeon and he was really nice to work with.

I was unsure on sizing as my boobs were odd sizes since having 2 children (2007 and 2009) they went up and down sizing but not evenly! i’m 5ft 2 and just over 9 and half stone, i was wearing a 36b which was the closest fit, and wanted to achieve a d to dd. Dr Adamo suggested 380/410 or 410/460. I went for the larger as everyone seems to say ‘go for the bigger choice’. I am really pleased I did. I know they need time to settle in and they will look better over the next few weeks, I’m glad I didn’t pick the smaller ones.

yep just sent now, Jemma i’d go for the biggest they offer you. In a t-shirt I don’t think i look like i’ve had anything done as I always wore the double gel boost bra’s from la senza, so going bra less at the mo they look the same. will re send grace- check it didn’t go in junk mail, will send again anyway

hi loulou80 hwz d pain goin so far, noticed we had our ba same day, pain was quite intense initially n i had to wear a bra to reduce the pain, a bit better now though, went to c d nurse today, have u gone back to ur normal activities drivin etc… and when do we start applyin bio oil and massagin the boobs, any ideas?? thnks hun
