Dr Adamo & Breast Enlargement

Hi all, i have my consultation with Dr Adamo end of March – have looked up the discussion boards but everyone is talking about ‘overs’ with Dr Adamo – can someone tell me what this means? Has anyone been v. small to start with and been with Dr Adamo ?

Hey Hun yes me I’m a size 6 and he did partials for me he doesn’t just do overs….had my 5 weeks check up today and loving my boobies:) I highly recommend him and my incisions are tiny xxx

Overs are in reference to over the muscle , you either put the implant over te muscle or behind making that “unders”

I have partially under my muscle it’s different from complete unders! Partials are inbtween the muscle …complete unders are very rare and overs usually if you have more breast tissue it’s over your muscle. Ask mr adamo he will explain all this to you! Because I had the max size I was allowed to go partially under my muscle was best because less chance of rippling because I have thin skin and I’m Tiny also it reduces the risk of capsular contraction …but the thing is the surgeon will be able to examine your boobs and tell you Which is the best placement for the type of boobs you have’! Very happy with my partials x
