Dr Adamo in 8 days! Feeling really nervous!

Hey everyone,

Starting to get really nervous about my op now and worrying I havent made enough preparations. I am staying at my mums for a week and she will look after me but what do I need? I havent bought a sports bra because I am not sure how big I will be. Dr Adamo said about a DD but could be bigger!

Help! Any tips or clues…. xxx

Hello hun, awww good luck, you are going to be fine! Mr Adamo is sooo lovely and is brilliant at his job! I had him 1 week ago for my ba and he was great at calming my nerves. As for your sports bra, i would say dont bother. I only say this as its what Mr Adamo recommended and i myself havnt felt the need to wear one. To be honest i am alot more comfortable without something touching them all the time. Good luck for next week! xx

Hey Charli. Im in 7 days hun. Its a bit nerve rackin now isnt it. I would say get a macom bra. They just go by ur back size nd they are fully expandable. Also get a V pillow all the girls on here will tell u that. To help with sleeping. How u feeling bout it all. Im having 460 overs. How bout u x

Highgate with Dr Adamo. Ah ok – maybe I should have looked that up! I am having 380 overs. I keep thinking about going one size up or even one size down but I think I am just going to stick with his recommendation.

I’m having 380 overs with Mr Adamo on the 8th june. Mine was meant to be the 25th too, but only booked it last Thursday so want enough time to transfer money so put it back to the next available date. Making me more nervous though because iv got 3 weeks of getting nervous rather than 1 lol. He said I can go up to 410 but reckon I’m going to stick with 380s xxx

I had Mr Adamo a week ago- although I bought a macom [I’ve seen the Royce post surgery bra and they have a better neck line same price] I have only worn it for a few hours at a time as he suggests not to wear one

– it does come in handy with pushing them together a bit though so you get a better distance between boobs, but you may get this with a sports bra or non wired soft cup bra.

M&S do ones or lonsdale on sports direct for six pounds.

hi charli, i had 380 overs with Mr Adamo at Highgate He’s so lovely, you’ll be fine hun, try not to worry and just enjoy the whole experience, as it is over with before you know it, and you’ll have your new boobies Good luck x
