Dr appointment and nurses appointment

Hi I have my dr appointment and nurses appointment booked for this week, do I need to take anything to my appointments?
Also what does the nurses appointment entail, will I have to do a blood test?
Can I discuss price with my doctor or not?
Any help would be great!!

Hey Zoe, you can discuss your price with your PC. You can take images and a list of questions when you are due to meet your surgeon. I didnt take anything when I went for my pre op with the nurse, it was very simple, they go through your health questionnaire, talk to you about the op and recovery, take a few pictures. I didnt need the blood test but it depends on your health. Oh and they measure your height and weight to calculate your BMI. Nothing to worry about. Good luck! xx
