Had my consultation with the Dr Falladar yesterday RE: rhinoplasty and breast re-augmentation very pleased with him as he seemed direct and honest about what was achievable. He examined my features and my nose properly to feel the cartilage etc and everything he said he could/would do was what I wanted so that was reassuring, he told me my nose was a bit asymmetrical and bulbous which to be honest is what I felt was wrong and hate about my nose so for him to confirm that these are slight problem areas for me was reassuring again. He showed me his work it is very natural and you would not guess his patients had the rhinoplasty and in my opinion that is the signature of a very good surgeon!
When it came to my augmentation: I had previously gone through MYA with another surgeon which I was happy with but over the years (5 years approx) I have put on weight and gotten a bit pear shaped and even though Im a D cup for some reason my breasts look more like a big C. So I told him I wanted full and big breasts as much as possible, he examined me and asked me what implant I had previously I was under the impression from what I was told before I was given 320cc high profile and he told me they are definitely not high profile and more like 310cc so was a bit upset about that but at least he was honest so I got over that quickly and I will just be sure this time round as to what implant I am getting. He was informative and told it is best to have nose first and breasts a few moths after due to infections and the nose being quite a dirty place and due to my job coming into close personal contact with people I feel that I must agree as I would rather not go through infections. Not only that but I was unsure as to whether I should go through both straight away so that just made up my mind.
