hiya i went to see him yesterday and he also told me i need an uplift! he said i didnt need implants but i’d like them anyway. he did seem very nice are you going to have the implants? x

god! my pc told me i may need one too and i was gutted! seeing him in a week so will find out then! i really hope not!!

hi jenipen fingers crossed for you that you dont need a uplift, the whole operation seems more difficult and you will be left with visiable scars.Mr falladhar wanted to look at my caesaran scars ( to see how my skin heals after surgery) that was no problem heals very well but i did warn him that after big weight gain during pregnancy and 2 caesaran sections that i have saggy tummy and i think i could do with a tummy tuck -he took one look and said yes i do need a tummy tuck! so i came out of the consultation feeling shit quite frankly! i have saggy boobs which need uplifting and a saggy tummy that needs a tuck.. never felt this depressed about my body before !! haha wish id never gone down this road in the first place, now im thinking no point haveing boobs done i need to get tummy done too!! aaarrrggg wish i would win the bloody lotteryx

thats terrible! i came out feeling pretty upset too just at the thought id need to find yet more money so i cant imagine how you felt. got to say it not nice of him to say that! prob hoping he can get more money out of you! sadly kids do ruin you body and trash your confidence, what will you do now? i think fuck your tummy, you cant have it all! if you got great boobs you will instantly feel better and not care so much about your tummy. i could prob do with a tuck too but i think if im happy with one its better than hating them both! so i would say sod the rude man maybe go and see anouther sergeon and get your boobs! :bigsmile:

Im quite nervous and not really knowing what to expect ,after the traumatic experience i had a few weeks ago with some idiot from Beaucare!!

Hello all, I’m new on here but I had my first consultation today and wanted to share the experience with you. I met Sam my PC and explained I thought I might need uplift but really wanted just implants to avoid the scars and recovery. I was lucky enough that Mr Falladhar was free to discuss this so I did most of the talking with him. He was friendly, informatitive and very professional. He was positive that I should uplift, but I’d rather do that than have implants and have them sag in a year or so! What I did like was the fact he didnt push me to have implants as well…. I’m a saggy 34d and he was assuring that I didnt need implants as well but discussed size options if I wanted to do so.
So I just wanted to let you know that I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and he was accommodating to what I wanted – we discussed shapes / projection etc. (I havent googled him yet though but I will do that, and check whether he’s BAAPS registered etc and let you know).
Also – I’ve seen quite a few surgeons in my time including Basim Matti and Rowe-Jones and had 2 rhinoplastys so I’ve got a little experience with these places and MYA (so far) have been very good. Hope it helps!

Well he certainly looks good on paper – he is BAAPS and BAPRAS and FRCS and more.
He graduated with honours in 1992.
But I still agree it would be nice to hear from previous patients – perhaps MYA can advise how this is possible.

I’m sure I will, because I want to achieve fullness and I like the look of implants.
Before I went in I was really bothered about the scaring of uplift but I’m not so worried now – how do you feel about it?
I think I should see someone else as well – that’s not because I didnt like him its just because I havent seen anyone else about boobs and I might pick up some more information about it – I’m not sure what size to go for and he stayed very neutral on that subject – saying it was my choice – perhaps I should have taken pictures with me of what I like. The whole cc measurement makes it hard to judge doesnt it!?
What size are you? And what size would you go up to?
He said that it’s best not to stretch the skin after an uplift because it will help the scars to heal better.

no i didnt get shown any pics. i was told at first i had 2 options check out my bullet points! haha
1- big implant to fill my skin but will need redoing sooner
2- uplift, smaller implant but where their meant to be, not down my belly button haha
at first i though big implant but when i saw him yesterday he said it could be as little as 6months and they will be saggy!
im a 34dd but not very full after breast feeding he wouldnt offer anything bigger than the 380cc. he kept saying they were ‘droopy’ but trying to convince me not to bother?! random. what sizes did he offer you then? he uses drains too which im scared about

yeah they said I could do that but said uplift better option.
Did he mean dont bother with implants? He was quite positive that I didnt need implants because I have enough tissue that just the uplift would look better. But I think uplift would somehow make them smaller and I want the fullness too.

I was almost thinking of the 260 / 300s because I didnt want too much pressure on the scars.
I dont really know about drains but I’ve had friends have them without probs.
So what are you doing now? Going anywhere else?

i was looking at the harley medical group but they told me to ring in 6 months and hung up on me, my breast are really expensive and ive heard the hospital group arent very nice so not sure what to do? i think just having the uplift will make them smaller and i think if im guna do it i want to make it worth it! so want them bigger. but im not sure who else i could see?

I feel the same – I know you can do the uplift now and implants later but why go through that extra cost and recovery.
There’s a girl on here who used Transform and she is happy, boobs look good.
Even going for just the consult might give you some info and make you come back to MYA, I’m going to see someone else just so I have more opinions but I think I will do that just to be sure on what I’m having done (size and shape) and then get it done with MYA – I’m impressed with their reputation. You could even see a different surgeon with them – they’d be happy for you to do that.

Dr Falladhar told me i didnt need implants as well, just uplift anyway found another company in prague that will do it for

I staffords2 a girl a work with daughter wet to prague she had unders dont know the company she went with but her boobs aer fab xxx

I found this by googling his name….. he seems like quite a skilled surgeon but still would like some reviews from girls who have had thier ops with him! Would make me feel a lot more comfortable!

you can request consultation with other surgeons too…..i was booked for a consultation with a surgeon called mr malik but after that i spoke to pc and told her i would like to get a second opinion and also meet mr adamo as i heards loads of positive things about him…went for the 2nd consultation and yes i did prefer mr adamo so i booked my na with him

Yeah i think i might ask to see someone else, don’t know anything about him. he’s probably very good, i can’t imagine they’d have a surgeon they didn’t trust or know but even still i’d feel more comfortable having someone i’ve heard good reviews about…..

She didn’t ask me anything about the size or shape i wanted, she said the surgeon would ask me all of those questions. Who was your PC? What did you ask for? When is your appointment with the surgeon?

yeah well i was told i may need an uplift too so may not be able to go as big as i’d like because of lack of skin after? doesnt make sense, why uplift then? i saw someone called samantha, im meeting him on the 16th, so really hoping i can get the chance to properly tell him what i want! when is your appointment? im stewing on it in the mean time!! haha

Thats strange i had Samantha too but she didn’t ask me anything about my boobs or what size i wanted/how i wanted them to look?? Did she ask you all of that or did you just tell her anyway? Yeah doesn’t seem to make any sense but i haven’t really looked in to the uplift part because i’m hoping i won’t need one – won’t be able to afford it!

I’m seeing him on the 16th as well but i’m really thinking about asking to see someone else – there is just no info on him on here anywhere and although he’s probably done it all before i don’t want to be one of the ones that gets tried out on, doesn’t seem fair when you’re spending the same money as everyone else!

i kinda just shown her my boobs, she got 2 sizes and i put them under my top and was like ooooh!!
but then as soon as i got excited she then said i will prob need uplift so them sizes wouldnt fit. well im glad she never went through it with you either at least we know its just normal then…. although im sure she is meant to reffer us to someone who specialises in what we are looking for?

I just put into google Mr Fallahdar. If you have a look you may both be quite surprised because there is alot coming up about a person with the same name that is a specialist in plastic surgery. Mya also use surgeons that work for different companies so you may not find alot of info on here about cirtain surgeons if they have only just started to do work for MYA, as far as i am aware all of the surgeons are self employed so can choose who to do work for.

Hmm thats strange, she didn’t do any of that with me! Thats what i heard, they are supposed to ask you how big you want them and how you want them to look etc so they can refer you to the right surgeon? maybe this guy is so good he specialises in everything ha ha!

I just googled his name too, looks like he used to or still does work for BUPA…..?

Hi, had my first consultation today and i’m booked in with Dr Fallahdar in a couple of weeks. I haven’t seen any information on him on here at all, i was wondering if anyone else has had him or if he’s new to the surgery? I’ve heard good things about Dr Singh so was really hoping to have him….

Hi jenipen, i spoke to my PC the other day and said i wasn’t sure about seeing Mr Fallahdar, she said that he is new to the surgery but not new to surgery and that all of thier surgeons are highly skilled and that they head hunt them. She said that he is a really nice man and that if i see him and i’m not happy by all means i can see someone else so i think i’m going to go and see him and give it a go! xx
