Hi girls yesterday I went for a consultation with Dr Kazazzi which didnt go as I hoped. He was such a lovely man but i am so confused now with his recommendation.
I have previously been to see Helena who recommeded 2 different size implants to correct my assymetry and a nipple uplift. I liked Helena but just wanted to see a second surgeon for peace of mind.
Yesterday Dr Kazazzi told me I would need a breast reduction on my larger breast and then in 6 months time have implants. He said he had not heard of 2 different sized implants before and wouldnt do a nipple lift. He said Helena would be lucky if she pulled it off and gave me the results I wanted. He did say though she was a talented surgeon.
I feel really scared now, I dont want a reduction and have to wait 6 months. Its taken me years to pluck up the courage to come this far after the being knocked back by the NHS (Dr Kazazzi said the NHS should have treated my assymetry as he works for them and has worked on people not as bad as me but thats another story!)
Now Im paying for it on my own I want great results but I feel so disheartened and confused now with 2 completely different recommendations.
Sorry for long post, it would be nice to hear if anyone else has had 2 different size impants and a nipple lift. thank u xxxx
Hi, that must be so confusing. I pretty certain that I have read on this forum that there have been some girls that have been offered two different size implants to correct asymetry. There is a thread that has stats and implants offered ect I think it was there that I saw it. Maybe go for a 3rd opinion? xx
I’d go for a third opinion hun. I had dr kazzazi 3 weeks ago and he definately know’s his stuff
He was amazing. Go for a 3rd one or even ask your pc why so much difference and explain how confused you are. Put a post on here about girls in your position because i have seen a lot of people comment on the fact they have different sized boobs as well, with them being in your position they might be able to offer more help xxxx
Thanks girls, my PC said that Dr Kazzazi deals only with enlargements and reductions so maybe this is out of his comfort zone. I appreciated his honesty by telling me he couldnt do what Helena recommended but I really dont want to have two procedures, a reduction is a big procedure too. I wanted it all to be done at once and in time for my wedding in July.
Ill have a search through the old posts and see if I can find anything xxx
http://www.mya.co.uk/mya-space/mya-forums/topic/size-of-implant-bra-size Hi just had a look and there are some girls that had different size implants. Hope this helps xx
im having 2 different sizes with mr singh, should have an uplift but decided against it, i think i could do with a nipple lift but mr singh never mentioned it so i trust him that the large implant with lift them slightly. try seeing him, worth a try. xx
2 different sized implants are viewed by a lot of surgeons as a ‘cheap quick fix’ this is because, like Mr K said, it can be very hard to pull off. It is very difficult to get symmetry just by the use of 2 different implants and there is usually still a visible difference in size, especially if the original size difference is substantial. I know this because a friend of mine decided to go for 2 different implants and she was extremely unhappy as they were still different sizes; this became even more obvious once the implants had dropped. She ended up spending more than she would have if she had just had it all done at the same time. If you want identical boobs then I would say go for the reduction, if you don’t mind about having a size difference then go with Helena. It is possible to get good results from a lift and implants but it really depends on the individual…you may find these videos useful:

“He said he had not heard of 2 different sized implants before”
That’s not true at all as I had 2 different sized implants with Mr. K – 380 and 410 to correct my wonky boobs. I know lots of other girls that have too.
Possibly he means that one breast might need such a large implant that it may cause rippling/ complications, therefore he cannot recommend it? Speak to him again to clarify.
thanks girls,
Newboobies – after I told him what Helena had said his exact words were “hmm 2 different size implants, now thats clever” but he said he wouldnt do this as he wouldnt feel comfortable
I dont need big impants really ive been offered 250 in larger and 365 in smaller to take me to an e cup (Im a 32 d and a 32 c to start with)
Dolly92 thanks for your advice hun, I would have thought it would be up the surgeon to put it right for free if your friends boobs were still assymetrical and thats what the surgeon recommended?? xx
Hun, definitely definitely go see a third surgeon. I know you said Mr Russo was booked up but I’d definitely wait and make an appointment with him for whenever you can as I KNOW he has done different sized implants and he performs a lot of uplifts/nip lifts.
It’s definitely worth seeing if the third surgeon says the same as Helena or Mr K, then at least you will feel more comfortable about what is best for you xx
Please go see Mr Russo, ask your PC to make an appointment for you,he may be able to fit you in as a cancellation he will be able to advise. He is excellent.xx
I agree with holbol see another surgeon ..and I defo reccomend Mario ..I no he perfoms alot o uplifts nipple lifts etc ..I had a nipple lift with him and he’s very neat in regards to stittching/ scarring and known
As a perfectionist xxx
ive spoken to my PC Jemma and she has managed to get me in on 17th with Mr Russo (thats the earliest he can do). Im still going to see Helena on Friday and ask her a few questions re different implant sizes. I always forget what it is I want to say though and end up coming out kicking myself!! x
What time are you in on the 17th hun? I’m in at 2.50pm to discuss last min sizing with him
xx
kat1986 write everything down before you go to your consultation honey,it will be easy to remember, and you wont look silly with a list, she will just thing that you are sensible, better to get all the answers in one trip.xxx
im in at 5:30 as it stands Hollybol. theyve got me on stand by for an cancellations though as earlier in day would have been better for me.
Good advice Tina, Ill get thinking of all the questions I would like answering and write them down xx
Hey, only just saw your reply now, my friend couldn’t have hers corrected for free because he recommended an uplift/reduction in her consultation and she said no so he warned her that they might not be identical
