Hi Nik,
I found with my first BA that after time the scar was almost invisible and very faint. It did take a while to fade…I cant remeber how long but i’m sure it was at least 6 months to a year. I lost sensation in my left nipple for 6 months but this came back (thankfully). I’ve noticed with the 2nd BA that again I have sensation in the right nipple but not the left so hoping this comes back in a few months!!! I find that by keeping moving this helps with the pain , I too go all stiff and get back ache when I lay down!!!
I’m loving my sports bra….NOT!!! if I bought the matching knickers to this sports bra then I’d look like Brigitte Jones!! HEHE

Yeh Me too… Have you got your bras yet cos im really struggling to find a 34 e there all bigger like 36 or 38 ? x

yeah i got a couple from asda the other day
yeah i had a real problem gettin mine i couldnt find my size in the cheap bras and the only ones that had my size were expensive but i eventually got some!
do you know your op time yet leomi?

I got mine from M&S they have got a wide range if 34E/F. there is just one thing dont im not sure of and it may make me sound a bit dim ha, but is a support bra the same as a sports bra? they dont have any underwiring in.

ive got a consultation with dr kazzazi on 23rd june yeyy. i did have one with dr traynor but have swapped him for dr kazazzi after reading all the good feedback about him lol eeee all i can think about all day long is boobs haha!

Hi, I had a consultation booked with Mr Kazzazzi on the first, but had a call from MYA saying he had to cancel my appointment due to family problems. I think I got my call around the 23rd so maybe Lorah’s bad experience had something to do with that?

I don’t know obviously, but I thought I’d mention it.

Hi Girls, just had BA on 5th June at Park Hill hospital, Doncaster with Mr Kazzazi! all went well, not in too much pain just feels tight and i struggle to get up from lying down. Had 410 cc implants not sure what size that will make me? im 5.5 8stone8 size 8-10 quite swollen atm, what was the recovery period like for all of you who have had it done? how long did you have to take off work? and what sizes did you go for? comments would be fabb xxx

Congtratulations on your new boobs. I had my BA done on the 3rd June had 700cc now a 32f. Was a 32 a 10 years ago and had 340cc’s so after a lot of patience (waitied a few years for my breast tissue to increase with 340cc’s) I was able to have bigger on 3rd June!! I’m not sure what size you will be all I can say is 10 years ago i was a 32a and was given 340cc impants which made me a 32c or 32d (depending on make of bra). Recovery varies its normally a week. dont drive for a week as the pain killers can cause drowsiness!! I feel stiff and like i’ve pulled a chest muscle at the gym!!! I had a week off work with my last boob job but with my 2nd I work for for my hubby so I know after a week I’ll be ok but i may draw it out a bit longer …heehee for a bit more time off!! Seriously you only need a week off. Make sure you wear your sports bra for 6weeks dont be tempted to put an underwired bra on as this may rupture the scar tissue!! Its hard as I remember with my first boobs after 3 weeks I thought i feel ok I want to wear an underwired but …dont…!!
I woke up this morning and couldnt move ..I lifted my knee and rolled myself up!!! the things we ladies do for vanity!!hehe

got home today after my BA and i feel fab!
no pain just really stiff like ive pulled a muscle but once i take tablets that eases up
cant wait to get the bandages off to see the result properly
i was 34a and had 380cc implants under muscle so hopefully will be about a 34 c/d

Hi emma, ah thats brill, any advice is great! ive took a week off work just to be safe pain killers really help. Mr Kazzazi said he thinks i will probably be a D with 410cc i cant wait to see what they look like.. and yes im dying to get into proper Bras!! hehe but will stick to the sports bras for 6 weeks. at the minute im bandaged up. how was your scaring after your first BA, did it take a while to heal? did you have any other problems? yeh i find that i cant really move once im lying down my boyfriend has to help alot.

Having my BA with mr kazzazi tomorrow (15th June) at doncaster! Wish me luck I actually feel a lot less nervous after reading everyones comments, although I am still a bit freaked out about being put to sleep!! I still haven’t decided on size and was wondering if anyone who’s had unders thought the implants seemed smaller than they had thought. I’m stuck between getting 300’s or 340’s. I’m only a 32aa/32a now so I don’t want the difference to be too massive or for them to look really fake, but I also don’t want to wake up and be disappointed after spending so much money… any help would be great… before tomorrow morning! haha.
Also, I wouldn’t be put off going with kazzazi, he was really professional and friendly when i had my consultation with him and he took ages explaining everything to me and let me faff around with the implants for ages, putting them under my clothes etc. I’m guessing it probably was a familly problem or something so i’d try going back to see him again, cos he seems to get great reviews on here! xx

i had mine on the 5th June with Mr Kazzazi. i was indecisive about size too but went for the bigger ones (410 rather then 380) and im glad i did. i had unders and mine dont look massive or fake im happy with size, im wearing a D. i was an A/B before hand. i wasnt nervous until i actually got to the hospital. it went over so quick and i wasnt really in much pain, more of an ache and couldnt move as much as usual but im glad i went through with it. not as bad as i thought it would be. good luck x

Go Bigger definately!!! I hope it went ok today for you! 340cc definately!!! You get soooo use to implants and what was big when you wake up is normal in 6 months!! What are we like us women !!! Ahhhhh !! Emmaxx

Heyy just got back home yesterday and you’ll be pleased to know I went bigger! I’m glad i did cos now I see what everyone means, they look big at first but I know a lot will just be swelling and when they go down I would have been gutted if i’d gone smaller. It went well though I have to say though the only thing that hurts is the muscle, i can’t feel where the incisions were or even the drainage tubes, it just feels like i’ve been on the bench press machine at the gym for a week solid!! ha xx
PS – i’m a bit worried that when they pull all this tape off that theyre bandaged up in that it’ll pull the stitches cos its covering them as well??

Thats brill Its always better to go bigger!! I know what you mean about feeling like you’ve been to the gym. My first BA I was bandaged up and had drains and couldnt lift my arms or put my key in my car door for a few days. My 2nd BA I had no bandages or drains (easier 2nd time round I think!!). The stitches dissolve.I Had my dressings off last Wednesday and it was like having a plaster taken off..it did hurt a bit I must admit.

I think its down to each surgeon..I would like to know the same as Nicky noo as I had drains with my first BA but not with my 2nd??? Its soooo much better not having drains beleive me!!. I remember waking up after my 1st BA and having to go to the loo holding 2 bottles connected to pipes (drain tubes) I had to put these on the floor whilst having a wee (not very pleasant!!). No drains with 2nd BA?? Emmaxx

I’ve just logged on here for the first time after booking my BA with Mr Kazzazi, I was really nervous about things before reading your comments and just wanted to thank you all for putting me at ease!

I’m booked in at Parkhill on the 2nd August and cannot wait, I’m having 455cc’s which should take me from a 32A to D (fingers crossed).

Everyone seems to be trying to frighten me about the pain at the moment, does it really hurt as much as people say it does?

I think a 455cc will take you bigger then a 32d . I was a 32a and had 340cc under the muscle this took me to a 32c/d (depending on make of bra). The bigger the better!! Beleive me I’ve had 2 BA’s and you do not wake up with any pain. You are given pain killers on discharge from the hospital and also whilst you are asleep so when you wake up you are OK!!. Perhaps the only feeling you will have after discharge from the hospital is a heaviness on your chest…like pulling a muscle at the gym!! Its not that bad. 1000’s of women have BA’S every year if the pain was that bad this figure would not be as high!!. You’ll be fine!! Think of the big boobs.. the feeling you have when you wake up is brill!! when you look down its all VERY worth it!!! emmaxx

Thanks Emma, I’m really lookng forwad to it, only 6 weeks and 3 days to go!! How sad am I counting the days down!! What do you think the 455cc’s might take me to, I thought they looked huge when Mr Kazzazi put them in my bra but awesome!! I’ve just been and bought my sexy sports bras too and got a D cup, do you think it might be worth swapping one for a bigger size?

It’s great to here positive words about it, my mum has gone bonkers … and I’m 30!! xx

I too have just booked a BA with Mr Kazzazi; I feel much better after reading all the comments that have been left too. Im booked in on 10th August a week after you in Doncaster. I found Mr Kazzazi very quiet when I went to see him (he didn’t say much and as someone else said mumbled a lot) which worried me but I’ve gone on the recommendation of two of my friends (they are both really happy with the result from their BA). I’m a A/ B cup and I’ve been suggested 410cc. Yet to purchase the sexy sports bras.

Yeah, I was really surprised when I woke up and spotted drainage tubes cos nobody on here had really mentioned having them, so that was a treat! – especially carrying them to the toilet on the morning haha. I asked the nurse why I had them and she just said its because once the implants are in they wash it all out with fluid etc and it needs somewhere to drain to…but that doesn’t explain why they dont do that with everyone? Hmm. Was it mr kazzazi that used them with you emma? Wondering whether he uses them with everyone? I wish they’d just take the bandages off now, I want to see them! And it’s itching x

PS faye, dont worry about any pain at all, I’m an absolute wimp with a phobia of needles and I was fine. You literally dont feel a thing except slightly tight/pulled muscles. Oh and for both you going to park hill in doncaster, its really nice there!

i have a consultation with him in london on saturday. im hoping he will tell me that overs will b ok for me. but i doubt it.

Hi, I had breast surgery, under the muscle, with Mr Kazzazi last August and have never looked back. He is an excellent surgeon putting me completely at ease. My new boobs are fantastic!!!

thanks girls, have you met him bek? honestly ive only heard good things about him. so perhaps it was just that he was in a rush or whatever? i dont know. its knocked me back a bit. i guess it doesnt stop him being a good surgeon though? i am going to ring my pc tomorrow i think (if she’s workin, it is bank holiday) and just tell her. i really want them done, and perhaps he is just very confident in his abilities? he said i had good boobs to op on so maby thats why he gave me the choice of overs or unders? i dont know what to do…

i think he was probably just rushed. and maybe asked whether id prefere unders or overs cause he said i had more breast tissue than i thought. he said im more like a b. i can see what he means, its kinda like… widespread fat if you know what i mean, rather than my boobs coming out to a point? i said id prefere unders though incase i lose weight, and there seems to be less risk with unders even though its more pain. i cant really afford to keep going up to london as im hours away. im hoping my pc will reassure me. ive sent her a massive email.
think ill do the rice test to decide on the size…

the rice test is where you put rice in the end of a stocking and wear it in your bra like an implant to get a feel for sizes.
the more i think about it the more i think it will be fine. still got my finance and everything to sort out though.
