DR MILETO?

Hello, I was just wondering whether anybody has any before and after pictures of dr mileto work? I’m booked in on the 19th of January for a consultation with him but can’t find too many reviews or pictures of his work!

I can’t post pics but I’ve had two BA’s with Mr Mileto and I absolutely love him. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my surgeries. He’s on insta and posts his work on there. He’s very quiet but an absolute genious.

I am booked in for Jan 18th with Dr Mileto, I really liked him on my consultation and I feel like I trust him. I have had a consultation with a different Dr at MYA about 2 years ago and really didn’t like the surgent that time. This time around it was completely different experience so I am sure it will be great! 🙂

Oh thank you! Are you able to tell me his Instagram user? I’ve tried finding him but haven’t been able too haha! I’m trying to find pictures of someone who is a similar frame to me as I am quiet petite and only an A! Not sure how big to go as I don’t want to choose too small and then regret I didn’t get them a bit bigger ?

I had my operation with Dr Mileto on Friday – he’s lovely and we discussed that I didn’t want to go too big as I’m 5ft 1 and size 6-8. In theatre he decided to go for the biggest size we had discussed (325cc) which I’m really pleased with. We agreed on a few sizes that would suit my frame and he’s an expert so I totally trusted his judgement.
He makes you feel really at ease which is great.

Oh they loook amazing! Getting me so excited to get them done now haha. I’m a size 4 & about 5’2 so unsure what he’ll allow me to go up to! Xx

Hi Demi, I had my consultation with Mr Mileto yesterday. There isn’t too much on his instagram page – I’m also trying to get some more before and afters!!
I also wear size 4 clothing, and he said he didn’t want to go bigger than 300cc for me due to worry of stretch marks because I have a very small frame. I currently wear 30A.
I’m feeling slightly conflicted as I’ve been reading up loads on here, some with people saying that smaller implants can go a long way and even a 220cc took them up 4-5 sizes, while some are saying they wish they went bigger.
I do understand, however, that with a much smaller frame, the breast/implant will be taking up a lot more surface area, and so will actually mean a bigger size! Mr Mileto explained to me that if an implant took a patient with a slightly larger back size (32+) to a C cup, for example, it will take someone like us to probably minimum D! I’ve read about many cases that can vouch for this, but I found the best thing for my reassurance was asking him to show me a case that he thought would resemble mine (the before and after), which was very encouraging!

I had an op with Dr Milete on jan 18 and here are results before and 15days after. Really happy with the results! And I know it will get better even better after 3 months 🙂

My op date with mileto is the 20th april. Im a 34b at the minute and im having 350cc under the muscle smooth round implants.. does anyone have any idea if i will be able to fit into a DD/E after my boobs have dropped and fluffed as ive seen people roughly the same size and having 350/375cc all different sizes 😭

My opp date is the 20th April with mileto too!! So reassuring to see some of his work and hear how happy people are with their results as I was struggling to find many girls that had had him x

I’m booked with mr mileto fir the 5th of March but my pc told me the date might be changed due to them changing clinics 😩 I find out tomorrow. But yes his work looks great xx

Aw no way jade. What clinic have you got to go to. I have to go to the new Victoria hospital in Kingston London. My surgery is mon 24 feb. I’m super excited now. Xx

@clare mins at the new Victoria Kingston too. I’m so frustrated I’ve still not heard anything 😩 my partners already booked the time off work to help me and can’t get anymore time off. Fingers crossed no news is good news . That’s what I’m hoping anyway lol xx

@clare yes I’m going to call them now I’ve been texting and emailing my pc all day with no reply she never replies to me and I’m finding it really unhelpful as I still haven’t had my pre op and my surgery is just over 2 weeks away! Xx

Yes I would. I never had that problem, my pc was amazing. She’s gone off on maternity now but the clinic always answers and gets back to me whenever.
Where are you from do u mind me asking.

Hey my surgery is booked for 12th November! 32a- 325cc I can’t wait!
After all the research and consultations.. I loved MR, Mileto, but was worried why online he was referred to as Mr Mileto , instead of DR Mileto.

So, last week I finally told my mum about my procedure.. her reaction was amazing and fully happy for me!! I can’t wait!

She used to work in that sector.. and made me so happy and relieved, when she told me that actually.. The higher and most experienced you are as a surgeon, means you’re no longer referred to as DR,.. and infact MR.

I’ve researched it since and obv mumma always right..

I can’t wait for my op! All of your before and after pictures are amazing!;

Hello what cc did you go for

I had a consultation yesterday, was told 300cc max due to my skin. Mid profile and textured. What are everyone’s thoughts? I was a little disappointed I can’t go any bigger as he said it wouldn’t look good due to my skin. I have stretch marks and I have lost a lot of weight, can anyone relate? What type of implants did you go for etc please?
