Dr Russo 11th April

Hi girls, ive recently had my consultation with Dr Russo and he suggested 380cc and the maximum i could go to is 410cc under the muscle. Im currently a 32aa / 32a i was hoping to be a D or DD does anyone know what size this would take me up to? also does anyone have any pictures for me to look at to get an idea?
