Dr Singh, 315cc and 375cc high profile overs.

Hey girlies, I’m having my surgery in 7 days. I’m so excited! I have slightly tubular breasts. I am 34aa on one side and 34a on the other side. I want to achieve a 34D – 34DD appearance. I’m really nervous that this cc is going to be too small. Anybody in or been in a similar situation? Any before and after pics from Dr Singh? Anybody on here who has or had tubular boobs?
