Dr Singh???!! HELP PLEASE GIRLS!!!

Really?? Thank u girls!! Im looking forward to meeting him then. What sizes did u lot get?? And does he only do the operation underneath the breast?? Coz i have a few friends and they got it done through the nipple and u cant even see the scar now as its the same colour as the nipple.

I had 460 hp overs from a 32a and im now 32e, im 5ft9 and a size 6, my scar is under the breast but on bout an inch and a half long so it will be barely noticable once its heals xx

Jess i had 525 he didnt do it the nipple way tho ur welcome to have a look when i first meet him to discuss surgery he wasnt very chatty but on the day he was fab Hes just adoreable,i went with mr singh after seein tickys boobies so glad that i did xx

I was a 34a in one breast and a 34b in the othere so i had a 460cc in one breast i think ur best bet is lookin at as many pics as u can hun and seein what u like the look of xx

Under go under the muscle and have a longer healing time, and they say the are more natural not sure if thats true for everyone thoufh and overs go over the muscle and you heal quicker they apparently look faker mine look quite fake at the moment bur im only 16 days post opp so its early days everyone on here always say go for the biggest offered xx

I had Singh on thursday. This is my 2nd op. My 1st and 2nd I had texture round and over, and first op looks natural.. See my pics. If u are really active, over is ideal cos having a lot of exercise would cause the implants under the muscles to move apart more… Plus, originally under was more popular to minimize capsulation but these days with technology, having overs have minimal capsulation anyway. Tear drop shape also give natural look.. But I guess it depends on your natural breast and what outcome you want which you have to make clear with the surgeon so he can recommend what is best for what u want. Also, girls I know who have under, when they tense there arms, you can see the implants move, not exactly attractive… Only time I think would be ideal for under if u have no breast tissue.. But even if ur a aa cup, sometimes surgeons recommend to go over so best see what surgeons says.. They are the expects so best u listen what they say and go from there… Xx

Also, depending on the implant size, if u go for big implants dr Singh will not recommend under if u have small breasts. X

I also had my BA with Mr. Singh inAug hes a fab surgeon cant recommend him enough. I was a 34A had 525cc high profile overs I’m now a 34E/F. He made the incisions under the breast, They have healed well and are hardly visable now x

He’s legendary on this forum. The gals r always talking about him so im sure ur in god sent hands!xx

I actualy adore mr singh lol! x hes a brilliant surgeon and a wonderful man x
