Dr Traynor – BA 32a to 420cc soft touch high profile overs…help

This is my first post, I met Dr Traynor yesterday. The largest implant he would offer me is 420cc (Soft touch, high profile, overs), I am currently a 32A/ small B and I told him I wanted a DD/E, I am worried that I won’t achieve the desired size at 420cc. I did try them on and they looked great but it didn’t really help with how they would look post op. Any 32A ladies gone for 420cc and if so what size did you end up?

Also, I thought with being so skinny (size 6) and having small boobs that the op would be unders or at least partial unders but Dr Traynor insisted on overs, when I asked why he said I didn’t need to know!? I am worried about the implants looking fake or having the dreaded visible m-shape?! Obviously I know Dr Traynor is an experienced surgeon and I should probably trust his opinion but he told me I was perfectly in proportion for my size and didn’t need a BA, which leads me to think that I wont end up being as large as I want to. I mentioned that my left breast is slightly larger than the right, he also said he couldn’t correct this!? Are my expectations to high?!

Any advice would be massively appreciated, I want to get my op booked asap so your opinions would really help me decided if I need to see a different surgeon.

To be honest, I have read amazing things about Dr Traynor so I would be reluctant to go elsewhere – I think I am just looking for some reassurance!

hi hun. the largest my surgeon would give me were 405cc i have been back and asked again and still he said no. he did however give me all his reasons and i strongly believe he has my best interests at heart. he told me i could go to a few other surgeons who would give me bigger but that i would be back need an uplift in no time and that i have to be realistic. im really happy with the decision now and trust him. you are right theyare highly experienced and skilled and probably do know best! i also have one breast slightly larger than the other and was told the same thing. he said it is natural and if i want a naturaal look should no go for two different sizes as it isnt extreme enough to need it. i can only assume this is the same for you. maybe go back and see him or someone else just for piece of mind? x

I had mr traynor, he is very much for the natural look he hates fake looking boobs, trust him. I was a 38b in one boob and a in the other my difference was that big that I did get different size implants as they would have looked was too odd with the same size, in the bigger one I had 385 and 415 in the smaller, I am of much larger build than you being 5ft 9. Size 12/14 and pretty broad. I am only 3 weeks PO but I am sure they are at least a DD, if they were any larger they would def look too big for me.
Having a massive implant when you don’t have much breast tissue to support it Nicole is right could end up being too heavy.
I had overs didn’t even ask why! I have experienced no pain at all with them and my incisions were healed within a week!

Also I am a 32D and have a good amount of breast tissue and even then he wouldnt go higher than 405. i am 5’5 size 10. 9stone 3. i do have damaged skin due to growing during pregnancy and breast feeding so i have stretch marks. he didnt want to make these any more prominant either. happy birthday nicca1980 🙂 lol x

i’d want to know why someone had chosen overs rather than unders. and should be told at least to put mind at rest. i know i definitely want unders unless there is some scientific reason i can’t as im only 32a as well. My consultation is with Dr Mounir next week xx

I was told overs look more natural if you are an ok candidate for them, and that recovery is much quicker, which was enough for me, but I only asked the question after my op lol x

Traynor offered me upto 560cc and i asked my pc if he would go bigger and he let her order them if they fit, i got 605cc and measure 34 e/f 3 week post op

Hi Carrie please trust Mr T, you will have amazing boobs, if I could have picked overs with my surgeon I would have had them as I’ve had so many problemss with the unders I had, a girl I know had unders also and got double bubble, cc and a dropping effect plus they was quite far apart, quite similar problems to mine but I didn’t have cc, she saw mr T who said she should have never had unders and she needed overs, sure enough she had her surgery last week and is so pleased with her results. Trust him 🙂 xxx

so does the double bubble problem occur more with unders? phew, been really worried as have mine in 12 days but having cc overs??? x

I had my ba yesterday at Preston with Mr traynor an I would trust him completely he advised me what to have I told him I wanted to achieve an E an he told me to gowith a bigger implant an I was unsure what to do at. I heard all good reviews about him so I decided to trust him an I have got exactly what I wanted x x

I’m having a BA on the 17th Dec, I’m a size 8/10 and 5’5″. Like you, I assumed I would be having unders as I have a bony chest but Mr Mounir,who is my surgeon, totally surprised me and said overs for me would achieve the best look as I would be at high risk of double bubble . He was totally against me having unders and like you I’ve been fretting about ending up with stuck on boobs. I’m a 34a/b and I’m having either 385 or 365 high profile natrelles which will take me to a d cup so I think the size recommended to you should take you to the size you want.
I’ve since seen photos of a couple of girls on here who’ve had overs and who are lovely and slim and the results are AMAZING and look so natural . This has totally put my mind at rest and now I can’t wait xx

Yea double bubble with unders. Cc and bottoming out more common in overs but thsts not always case mine bottomed out and I had unders, Joannabella got bad cc in both boobs and she had unders xx
