I never thought my surgeon used them then when I woke up I had them I was soo scared but honestly peeling the plaster off that covers them hurts more than them being took out! Then you only have a teeny tiny dot where they’ve been don’t worry about them. Every surgeons different though some like to use them & some don’t, heard your more likely to have them if you have an uplift though. I’m glad I had them as reduces swelling etc quicker xxx

One of mine hurt a little when it was taken out, but I didn’t even feel the other. If your surgeon feels you need them then its obviously for a reason so better to have them than not. x
I had drains in and they hurt a lot when they were taken out and it is the weirdest feeling as they are being pulled out. They help reduce swelling and chances of getting an infection x
mine were painful being pulled out but the nurse had trouble with getting mine out she said that the surgeon had knotted them in or something suppose it depends on the nurse you get lol! its all over in seconds tho .. xx
Yeah, it didn’t really hurt, but it’s a very weird pulling feeling. I guess we’re just not used to having things pulled out from there!! Haha! I had an uplift too, and it’s more likely with those as more stuff’s been moved around!!
