Drains??

Can someone please tell me why and when are drains used? Who’s had them do they hurt? X

Hey, I have been told it is to remove the blood from around the implant. I am yet to have my BA so not talking from the experience but only from what I have been told x

I’d also like to add that Dr Singh doesn’t use drains. That’s also fine…

I had them and mine had to stay in for a couple of days because I was bleeding a lot on one side but it’s a good thing they can monitor the fluid and it helps to prevent clotting xx

Ah I see so they just stay in until u leave the hospital usually then….
