    Hi Girls…

I wasnt really worried about the op and was trying not to think about the proceedure too much; let them do what they have to do to make my boobs bigger!

But I have seen on the forum the mention of drains….Now that scares me, to think that I will wake up and see that! Does it depend on the surgeon? Does everyone have drains?

    Thanks as always

I had drains, they were not a problem,I think it depends on the surgeon and the individual,as to wether or not they use drains,I was worried when I saw them, but realised they were there for a reason, they didnt hurt at all when they were removed, just a weird pulling sensation, over in seconds, dont worry honey.xxx

It depends on the surgeon. I had Dr Singh and I didn’t have drains.x

helena uses drains, but i think id prefer to have them as they are meant to help with swelling and people have said when they see the fluid that comes out they prefered to have them, as they wondered where it would go if not x

I didn’t expect drains but woke up to them and that then meant staying overnight too! It’s better to be open minded to allow the surgeon to do the best for you. The tugging sensation when they are removed -isn’t too pleasant- but over very quickly Xxx

i had drains and filled about 2 from my left side so was def neccessary in my case. i wont lie, when mr kazzazi came the next morning to check it and give me the all clear, he took it out himself (saying i was lucky as he usually never did that!)and it flippin’ knacked!! was a horrible sensation and i’ve had a lot of pain in that area for 12 days now. it is much better now, but was agonising. i think im the minority but i wish i’d been prepared! x

Hey Hun I had drains and wasn’t expecting to, I didn’t even realise I had them until I stood up to go to the toilet and the nurse held them for me lol, and like Tina said it didn’t hurt when they took them out it just felt really strange, I started laughing! Xxxxx
