Drains… ouch?

Got my BA on monday and im so excited but iv gotten all nervous for when they have to remove the drains after the op… post op ladies does it hurt when they take them out? is it soon after you wake up they take them out so your still abit drowsy or do they leave them in a while? Im panicking! haha x

I was nervous about that to, I stayed in over night and the nurse took them out the next morning and didn’t feel anything , you will be fine good luck !! X

I’m worrying about this too :S hope I don’t feel anythin xx

You won’t feel a thing….I was still numb when they took mine out the day after x

Ohh thanks girls, feel abit better about it now, i was chuffed when he suggested overs as i thought i wouldnt need the drains but turns out kazzazi gives everyone drains! haha also, did you have the thick white tape after? i will be an im abit worried about having that off the week after too lol x

Does everyone get drains this hasn’t been mentioned to me?

sometimes its only with under the muscle ones, but it depends on who ur surgeon is, mine just gives them to everybody!

I had them to they were fine lol glad actually becoz I had minimal swelling as a result !!xx
