drains!!? :s

does everyone have to have drains or just some?if so does anyone no why?!anxious incase i have to have 1!hope not x

im under the impression if you have unders then you have drains, well thats the case for me anyway, ti could just be that you bleed more with unders, maybe if you bleed alot with overs then you will end up with drains too..xxx

I had overs and had drains,they were not in very long,it just means that any excess fluid will drain away from you,not everyone has drains,I suppose it is the surgeons decision and he will give you drains if he thinks you require them,xxx

id rather not have them, they make me feel sickly…xxx

I had 410 unders by Mr Traynor and didnt have drains. x

i was told it depends on the surgeon, i was told to change my surgeon in order to be a day case as drains make you a night case.
