Dress fittings after op

I’m a size 6 32aa and my ops tomorrow:) I want to look a D cup and just wanted to know how girls now find there dress size, has it really changed? x

Im 1 week post op, and have already been trying on dresses as am going in a friends hen night next weekend! I havent found a difference in dress size at all as im not a lit bugger than the huge gel filled bras that ive been wearing for the last 13 years! Lol xx
