dressings..?!

I’m 6 days post op and due to have dressing off tues but the top one is already starting to peel and is doing my head in, is it ok to just take off?!and leave bottom one on?!don’t wana get in trouble lol!

I had by ba Tuesday and my nurse said to me that I could take it off after 4 days if it was getting on my nerves so took the top part off yesterday, I was dying to unwrap my Xmas present. X x
