Drinking alcohol after surgery?

Does anyone know roughly how long after a BA you need to wait until you can drink alchol?

i was told no alcohol wk before and wk after. but i have my op on wednesday 27th and love a glass of vino in the lovely sunshine..lol

Lol yeah its a bummer! this weather just makes me want a large glass of wine or some malibu!! im 9 days post op do you rekon ill be ok? x

i would say yes oh dont malibu yummy yummy.
