Drinking Post Op …. Advice???

I’ll be a week and 3 days post op this Friday coming and have been asked out by the girls to a few bar so will be drinking. Will I be ok or should I not drink??xx

I drank about 10 days after hun and I was ok. As long as your not on any meds still and not getting really drunk I think you will be fine xx

I drank 10 days po, had finished all my tablets but got drunk really easily! Just be careful to not let anyone bump into you! xx

I went out last week 3 wk po and was fine hun I wore a dress so asked my nurse for sum steri strips to put over scars as I had some things in my dres tht I thought mite rub, it was fine don’t worry just be careful with ppl bumping into u xx

i drank 8 days after my ba and drank quite alot. also got drunk pretty quick like sophie and i was fine! just be careful and try and be aware of ur pain as when i was pissed i felt like i had no pain at all but my boyfriend kindly reminded me that i DID hav pain an hour ago before my 3 glasses of wine. so yeh just try not to forget what u have just been through x
