Hi girls, how long was it before you drove?

I popped round the shops last night in the car but it was really uncomfortable, I can reach my arms up over my head ok but things like manoevering and using the gears and handbrake were quite painful and this was only 2 mins from my house.

I’m due back at work tomorrow and I’ll be 7 days post op. Someone has offered to cover my shift and I’m unsure whether to take her up on it or not. What are your thoughts?

    Thanks, Rio xxx

If you dont feel comfortable then dont do it hun…with driving or going to work…i was the same as you and didnt start driving until 2 weeks, felt like it was pulling, so dont risk injuring yourself if you dont feel confident about it xx

Thanks Sara, i’ve taken her up on the offer and giving myself another day of complete rest. It’s not nice feeling completely in control when you’re driving is it.

Alex, how long has it been since your op hun?
