    Hiya girls, havin reop in 4 weeks but have forgotten how long im not allowed to drive for afterwards? Im hopin not too long as i have to take my daughter to n from school every day xx

    i tried driving today as i had no-one to take my little man to school, and i cried the whole way there and back, it was so painful, i drive an automatic as well (well my run around car is, the other is a great big navara, and im not attempting that for ages), so didnt have the hassles of changing gears. i had my op on monday morning, and honestly dont want to try until at late next week xx

    Its seven days hun, and for the seven days your insurance is invalid as youve been adivsed you’re not medically fit to drive xxx

    I was told i shoudlnt drive whilst taking codeine as it impairs you luckily ive not really needed painkillers but tbh i got taxis to take my little boy to school. I checked with my insurance and they said they go by your docs recomendation

    Thanks, so im looking at least a week, luckily my mums booked a weeks annual leave to help out so im glad its not longer! Hopfully i will be alrite enough by then. And thanks joannabella, such a relief, more n more bad stuff keeps coming on news about these bloomin pips, i feel like a walking time bomb!xx

    I waited 10 and felt fine bit uncomfortable changing gear bt not so bad x
