Morning everyone, I was thinking about posting a thread and updating with pictures regularly to show the drop and fluff process. I recently saw this on another lovely ladies post and personally found it really reassuring to see. I may not need to do this if others already have their journey completed and are happy to post? I am only 18dpo so don’t have a lot of progress so far. I did go over the muscle so think the process is generally a bit faster as I don’t have muscles holding onto them. Might do it anyway but thought I would share how useful I found it especially when struggling with spots and itching!! makes me remember that it’s all temporary and there is light at the end of the tunnel xxx

I’d be interested to see. I’m 1 DPO with over the muscle implants and they’re so rock solid which I thought was more an under the muscle thing.

Hi Becca. I’ll upload another at a month and then probably each month after. How are you feeling? Mine are 375cc high profile round overs and still pretty hard. IThey have come down quite a bit and I did notice they are starting to move a little bit today so slowly getting there. I like the size but will be happier once they’re lower and softer as feel like my nips are a bit low and pointing south. I’m struggling with an itchy chest so hopefully that doesn’t happen for you. Someone has recommended nettle soap to help itchy skin because anything other than a vest top is driving my skin crazy! xxx

Hi Christine, thanks for uploading these! My op is 29th Aug so I’m really curious about how they will change after!
What size did you start with, if you don’t mind me asking?

Hi Gemma! To be honest i’m not 100% sure what size I was before I was wearing a 34b bra but wasn’t professionally measured and as I got leaner i struggled to fill that. I’ll post a before pic. I drove myself insane reading other peoples sizes and trying to work out if I was choosing the right size or not! Thu will be a month post op so I post one more then and then wait until a month after for the next one. Is it your first one or re augmentation? xx

Thank you. I’m a 32b so will be a similar starting point! It’s my first ba. I’m getting really excited now! 🙂 x

It is very exciting. It’s still taking me a while to get used to them I think because it’s such a change. One day I like them and then I wish I had gone smaller. I hope they don’t get any bigger as they fluff 🫣

Aw really? My worry is that I’ll look at them post op and wish I’d gone bigger 😂
They will change loads over the coming weeks I guess, won’t they? X

That seems to be what I’ve seen mostly, people wishing they had gone bigger. I was told I would be around a D/E cup as an estimate. I’ve just had a virtual bra fitting (best I could do at 5 weeks) and she said depending on the back size I want, she would put me in a 32F/FF or a 34 E/F 😭 they’re bigger than I wanted or expected so just hoping I’ve still got some swelling going on.

Hi Christine, love seeing your progress. Not many people go over the muscle so it’s interesting to see the different looks/results.

I am also going over the muscle but thinking 325cc high profile just because I am a dancer and don’t want them to feel too big whilst dancing, my surgery is 31st July.

Appreciate the images and the advice.
    Thank you

Hi Natalie, In hindsight I wish I had gone for 325 however it’s really hard to say as I might be happy when they eventually settled which can take up to a year. I think it’s probably less time for over the muscle but I can only wait and see plus it’s impossible to try and imagine what they will look like by comparing with other people as everyone measures differently. I hope your surgery goes well and i’ll pay my next pic in three weeks. Keeping everything crossed for some shrinkage 🤞🏻 They are starting to soften now though so that’s a positive change. xx

Hi guys, I went over the muscle, 450cc. I’m in love with them tbh! The have just started to soften at 6wks post op. Although still find if I do a bit too much they firm up in an evening so still taking it nice and slow. Not sure what size they are now, was a 36b-c before.. once swelling has gone hoping to go and get measurements. Good luck with your surgery Natalie x

I’m so pleased you’re happy with yours Victoria. I think I’m just freaking out over the size difference from what I had. It’s been very strange finding some sports bras that will do for now and the fact that I now have boobs that will move when I exercise rather than being squished in a small sports bra 🫣 i’ll get there eventually I’m sure. Mine are beginning to soften too. I can feel some rippling but it seems to move around which I think will likely vanish once the whole thing softens. I don’t know if you have a similar thread Victoria but feel free to post your progress pics too if you feel comfortable xx

I’m super envious of you girls who love them straight away 🤣 Ive spent 6 weeks asking myself WHYYYYY????? 🤣 decided I like them now! I think I’m almost done with swelling and they are a bit smaller this week. Give it a month or so and i’ll be wishing I had gone bigger knowing my luck. I’ll post an update pic in a couple of weeks. Amazing how much they change when you look back xx

Hi Christine, thanks for sharing. I’m 5”.9 10.5 stone and a 34B my surgeon has suggested a 415cc round above the muscle implant. My boobs look similar to your side on pre op photo. I’m worried now he’s suggested too big as I asked for a D cup. I look forward to hearing what size your boobs settle down to. x

This is amazingly helpful!! Christine your boobs look amazing! I am in the same boat booked for Sept surgery and no idea on size, surgeon said 305/350/380 anatomical (as left boob is slightly lower so said a round implant would make my nipple point down on the left and the teardrop will tilt it upwards?!) who knew! Also over the muscle HP as had 2 kiddies and very little tissue in that upper pole as they say! I saw millie mackintosh had her boobs done under 300cc and loved her natural look! I am 5″11 and just can’t make the decision! Surgeon said 300cc may not give enough volume but sometimes look and think 350cc on some girls are so so big! I can’t find anything on here for tall women.
Update pics are So helpful Christine thanks so much for sharing your journey!! Also on the fence of regretting to get too big! xxxx

Hi Elle! thanks, it took me 6 weeks to not hate them 😫 I expected to love them straight away but would’ve had them taken out if I could lol. They feel much more natural know, the right feels as if it’s just a regular boob but I can feel the implant in the left, hoping that goes in time. I had high profile round and they have dropped now to the point where I think they look natural so glad I didn’t have teardrop. Deciding the size is sooo hard I thought I had gone too big with 375 but after 6 weeks they felt smaller to me and eventually really like them 😁 You will have to keep us posted on your journey xx

I’ve just been measured in M&S today. I am currently a 32DD so happy with that 😁 might still have some shrinking to do but don’t imagine much more.

10 weeks post op and I’m not seeing much change now tbh but can see the gradual drop. They also feel softer for sure. I would say they feel a bit smaller now swelling is all gone but have dropped nicely and look more natural and more in line with the size I wanted. I do have rippling in my cleavage area on one but it’s only noticeable without a bra and don’t suppose anyone is looking for it. I’ll see what surgeon says on my final appointment but I knew there would be a risk of that. It’s been a roller coaster of emotions but thrilled with the size now, the surgeon nailed it.

I’ve been on holiday for a couple of weeks and thought I would post a couple of things that I found really weird. They feel
like they float in the pool 🤣 I noticed they definitely rise up in the water, they don’t look weird of anything but definitely rise up to the top of the pockets. I also sat with a wet bikini top on in an air conditioned room for a while and happened to touch one and they were freezing!!! was odd to feel the implant so cold when your boobs would normally be body temperature 🤣 I also had to be very careful because I don’t have much feeling in in the top of them or cleavage area so couldn’t feel the skin burning so just an fyi to watch out for that if you’re going abroad xx

I’m now 6 months down the line. Still experiencing some numbness which is to be expected and some niggling pain if I work out too hard or squish them when sleeping but overall happy. In hindsight I may have had my nipples moved as they’re a smidge further south now but I can live with it and I can feel them. Here’s some updated pics. On the left is at one month and right is 6 month. They haven’t changed a lot tbf maybe due to going over the muscle so dropped quickly.

Hi ladies, I am 15 months post surgery and I am slightly concerned about my drop and fluff.
I went small, low profile 215cc as I wanted a very natural look, went from 32b to a 32c, placement was over the muscle.
I had a few issues with my left one from day 1, and although I still have a bit of soreness from time to time on the skin it’s nice and soft with volume in all the right places.
My right breast dropped and fluffed almost immediately after surgery, no pain or soreness but I noticed a few months back that it’s so soft that I cannot feel the implant almost at all. As there’s no pain I presume there’s nothing wrong with it but my right nipple is slightly lower than my left and seems to slightly lean towards the right.
Has anyone had anything like this? My right looks deflated in comparison to the left and when I wear tops braless it’s noticeable that the nipples are not in the same position.
I emailed my nurse but she’s away until next week.

Was only wondering if anyone has faced a similar issue.
