Drop and fluff?

So what does drop and fluff actually mean? Once they’ve dropped and fluffed, do they usually get bigger? Someone explain pleaaaase haha x

From what I understand it’s like when the implants are more settled into their placements and the implants soften. So for unders they will stop being so high up and hard and start to take more of the shape that they will end up being xx

I’m not sure on that one. I’ve seen pics and they look different. , some look bigger but it could just be they have changed shape xx
