So I was a 34E 2-3 weeks ago, now at 7 weeks I’ve dropped a lot and now look more like a C cup, the DD and E bra’s I bought are not too big. So sad to see them change and decrease so much. I’m still wearing tight sports bras most of the time to support them but was convinced they would get bigger once the muscle settled not shrink! In clothes I look as flat chested as when I had A cup boobs in a good padded bra. Hardly impressive!

I had 370Cc silicone teardrop implants. Partial under the muscle.

Not the result I had hoped for for over 20 years!

They recommend you don’t get measured until at least 6 weeks because they can change so much, sounds like you might still have had some swelling at 4/5 weeks. What size were you to start with?

I am exactally the same at 3 weeks post op I got measured just to know how big is was I measured at an 32E then went the same shop and got measured again at 34DD and in some shops I even fit into a D bra! It’s so annoying that they have shrunk I loved how big they was at first and after spending all that money it’s Deffo a disappointment! X

I was an a cup to begin with and now they look only a little bit bigger. It’s a shame because I read that the size increases after the swelling as they drop and fill out into your natural breast pocket. This has not happened to me. I’m just upset that it’s an expensive procedure (I spent over £5k!!!) to look as though I’m wearing a padded bra that I used to live in!

Yeah I’m upset but I’d say if anyone is unsure about what size to go for always go bigger! My surgeon said 370cc was enough to achieve a DD. But that’s clearly not the case.

Hi it can take up to a year of your breasts changing before they settle into the actual size.. i had 325 hp from a 32b now im a 32e but wearing a 36d bra as need biggerbands so not to damage the implants.. dont forget everyshop measure different with there bras.. plus implants always measure bigger than they look.. i dont look a d cup and at times i think i dont look bigger than when i used to wear my padded bras.. but its good to no they are MY boobs and not a bra thats making me look this size.. we all go through up and down days and you will notice your boobs will. Still change a lot more before the year is out.. xx

Once you are out the tight sports bra chick the implants are able to fluff out plus under the muscles takes a lot longer chick as muscle is pinning them down so that needs to ease up so they can shape up 6 months recover time for implants that’s y they say if you need a re op you have to sit out that 6 months xx

Thanks Joanne & Courtney. I went with the teardrop textured implant because my surgeon said they will look the most natural and I didn’t want that scary stuck on fake boob look. They def. look natural, just naturally small! The tight bras probably aren’t helping it’s just a shame that they do seem so small. Maybe I’ll have to get a different bra style to help?
