hi alex the implants can drop at any time, its different for everyone, i have one boob that has dropped a lot more than the other but this is quite normal as a ba is 2 different operations, one on each boob, and each boob recovers at its own rate, fluffing can happen anytime in first couple of weeks and/or months. im 3 weeks post op now, how many are you and how are your new boobies?xxx

Hey Helen – when you say one has dropped a lot more than the other – is it noticeable with clothes on? have you been told to wear a sports bra? I know Mr Traynor (who im having) usually says not to so im worried i might be looking wonky at work!

hiya sophia, you cant tell with clothes on, the other boob is catching up now anyway so they are def evening out, no will notice wonky boobs! lol! my surgeon told me to wear a sports bra day and night for the first 6 weeks, i feel much better with them on as i feel properly supported, especially as im not used to having all this extra weight to carry!!! all surgeons say differently, i know some surgeons say not to wear a bra at all but personally i feel they need to be supported.xxx

hi kaz “fluffing” is generally associated with unders but i have heard that it also happens with overs. when the implant is placed under the muscle the muscle holds in the implant very tightly, as the weeks pass the muscle relaxes and the boobs appear bigger as the implant is not been held down as tight, also when you 1st have your ba your boobs are very high and hard but as time passes they begin to drop and soften filling out more at the bottom sometimes giving the illusion of bigger boobs but sometimes actually girls going up a cup size.xxx

Hey Alex, I think we had the op the same day… I’m wondering if mine are gunna fluff… they seem like they’ve gone real small now! I’v been out and bought lots of bras ready to wear cant wait! I’m also going to see mr kazzazi on the 28th. Are you happy with the results?x
