Dual BE

Anyone had a dual BE…xxxxxxxxx Chezza. half above the muscle, half under??????

Hello there i had my BA in Sept and had dual, they look great and feel really natural too. x

How does that work?.. They slice a layer of muscle and place the implant… Huh?..

Is tht wot they call partial unders aswell? If so thts wot I had done. Mine arnt completly under my muscle xx

I had an uplift and partial/dual plane unders 6wks ago. They put 2/3 under the muscle and cover the remaaining 1/3 with fatty breast tissue. xx

Apparently when they say unders they mean partial unders. My surgeon said no1 performs full unders anymore,its old fashioned and should be avoided.

So yes…tuns of the girls on here will have had that x x

There are still some surgeons who do full unders – you read about this on SoFem from girls who have to wear a chest strap for weeks/months to push their implants down to get them to drop!! 😮

when I saw the surgeon he said half under the muscle and half above the muscle??? x Go to see him again on 5th April so think I will clear that up with him…x which ever way I want them natural not for them to look like they have been stuck on, ha ha…..x

ok girls, basically with dual/ partcial which every one you wanna call it, the surgen will make a pocket within the pectoral muscle (boob muscle) like you would when sstuffing a chicken fillet, and place 2/3 of the implant in this pocket and the othe 1/3 will sit underneith the breast tissue……. to my knowledge they definatly do still do under the muscle as this is what is preformed on smaller framed women that dont require volume just increase in size.

http://news.makemeheal.com/images/breast-implant-placement-info.jpg The one on the right is what under the muscle means, even then its not COMPLETELY under as the bottom still shows, theres no such thing as having implants COMPLETELY under the muscles on your chest, it’s not anatomically/humanly possible to rip the muscles attatched to your ribs off of your ribs, I did all of this research before my op and am now doing human biology at university so I’m pretty sure of this lol…..

Well it is possible to rip muscles off of your ribs but you’d usually be dead like in a post-mortem or something if anyone was to perform this on you…..

yea they just go under your pectoral muscle, but you have like 3 layers of muscle, they only put the implant under like the 1st 1 or 2 layers, its not possible to have them completely under your muscles though, then the implant would sit on your ribs
