dual plane? or dual…… something else?

Hey, i had my a consult yesterday with Dr Aurakzai and booked my surgery and now i just rememberd something he said and it’s bugging me lol.

He said that i was having the implants under the muscle but then he mentioned something about my nipple and doing something to help it stretch its called dual…. something, i’m not exactly sure what he ment though im not sure if he means dual plane? does anyone know what he might mean? thanks xx
