    Hey,

I have a heart murmur due to a very minor heart problem, it has no affect on my day to day life and my doctors have confirmed to mya that I am fit for surgery…. but they have requested a recent ecg and my doctors are making it very difficult for me… has anyone else been through this? Have mya done your ecg? They haven’t offered to do mine and I’m really worried this will affect my surgery now ????X

Heya Chelsea, I had to have an up to date ECG. Mya wrote me a letter and then a nurse at my GP did it for me for free, so they should do the same for you! Hope you sort it. Xx

Hope you get it all sorted Hun! If not, you can take your MYA form to your closest hospital/heart specialist and get one done.. although it may cost there, but you’ll defo need one to go ahead! Good luck xx

Hiya beaut, I suffer with palpitations and have a pacemaker fitted so had to have an EGG, I had my surgery 5 weeks ago, it’s not the surgeon who decides it’s the aesthetic people but if mine went ahead with all my problems can’t see why yours wouldn’t xx

Sorry I did reply earlier but they removed my comment as I apparently said some thing I shouldn’t, yes it is very worrying even more so when you have a existing medical problem, but honestly it won’t be as bad as you think I had unders and thought it was going to be unbearable pain but I was only on pain killers for 2 days, the presure feeling was the worst bit not painful but a weird feeling, hope you get on ok xx
