Ergh, help any tips?

My ops on sunday and have woken up wiv a very sore throught and voice has gone, any tips to get rid of it by sunday coz theyll cancel if they hear me like this X

Tyrozetes from behind the counter contain an antibiotic n an aneasthetic only mild ones there.lozenges I used to sell loads in my chemist ther good xx

Its very mild but double check with a pharmacist if ur unsure explain ur havin an op what do they suggest xx
