Hi does anyone know anything about eurosilicone implants, its where the surgeon inserts a sizer durng the surgery and then he decides the size of implant to use??
i dont know anything but this is what my surgeon is using on my op as he is not sure between 2 implant sizes and will decide which one will look best on the day xx
Hi yeah I went for consultation and the surgeon said the same. When is your op? Thanks for reply xx
my op is not till july and its with mybreast not mya, when is yours and who with? what are your stats and what you been offered for size? xx
I ws looking into them but then I chose mya! What size are u/wana be and what did they offer u to achieve it? Xx
im currently a empty b cup and they offered me 520 or 560 HP Overs so the surgeon is gonna decide on the day which is best, im broad and got big hips so will look in proportion, i want to be a DD but he thinks more of an E, i just want full boobs after breastfeeding 2 babies, im also 5ft 7″. have you had your surgery yet? xx
Never heard of this but will def be asking about it as still unsure about sizes xx
Hi I’m 5ft4 8st10lbs the surgeon recommended 400cc ++ he said i could take a large implant as i’m broad but i dont want to be huge…. I want the upperpole fullness back after breastfeeding 2 children i have lost it!!!!
Hiya hun i had eurosilicone as there the only company that could make me 1000cc . They took ages to be made ( think that was just due to the size of them though) other than that there fab, not had any probs with them touch wood!! Hi All, we have had some feedback from our Medical Director on this for you:
Silicone sizers are simply temporary prostheses used by surgeons as a guide to put the appropriate silicone implant size in. They are generally used only in exceptional circumstances; firstly when there is difficulty in deciding what implant to use pre operatively, mainly in patients with breast asymmetry, that is when the breasts are of unequal sizes and the surgeon tries to correct this. Secondly, generally speaking, surgeons with enough experience in breast augmentations do not need and do not use implant sizers because with their experience and with 3 dimensional measurements they are normally able to decide and agree with the patient on implant sizes during the consultation, when a decision about the operation is made. Frankly speaking, they are used routinely for breast augmentation by less experienced surgeons, especially bearing in mind that they have a cost and there are problems with sterilisation.
These sizers are manufactured by the Eurosilicone company, as well as Allergan and possibly other companies and it is not necessary that when you use these sizers you force the surgeon to use implants produced by the same company because the range of their shapes is very limited.
We hope this helps.
jenn21 can i add you please hun xx
