exactly how important is the macom 3weeks Po?

I’m 3 weeks and a couple days PO and iv been reading lots of girls say different things. Some say no bra atall, some its the breast band etc.. I know its down to the surgeons preference so they can’t be that important if they don’t all agree? I have a bandeu from newlook that is soo comfy and it hold me in ok plus it doesn’t reach all the way down so the material is above my scars and it feels lush too have no rubbing

Will this be ok to wear a few days a week?? Espesh as its summer I can wear boob tubes with this.. Any help would be great xx

I’ve been wearing 1 of those as well and had my op 19th may. I was told either braless or macom/sports bra but to sleep in macom for support so I wear my macom to bed and either a sports bra or bandeau in the day as it hides my nipples lol x

so early on u will notice your boobs really aching alot if you do not wear your support bra, even when i stopped wearing mine to bed 9 weeks post op they ached so much the next day it wasnt worth not wearing it, xxx

Not even for a couple of hours perhaps? Iv worn my macom religusly for the last 4 weeks but was just wandering if now I could swap to a supportive bandau sometimes.. Beckidawn iv added you, my macom and other sports bras iv tried all rub underneath by my incisions xx
