Excercise after a breast elargement

Hi i want to have a breast enlargement and was wondering how long after your operation you can excercise and go to the gym as I don’t want to get unfit and out of shape after having it done, anyone whos already had a breast enlargement how long were you told to wait? thanks in advance, emily xxx

6 weeks, nothing that raises blood pressure

you cant swim for 8-10 weeks either. . . xx

im worried about that too but i think you can still do things like walking, just no weights or running xx

I’m nearly 6 weeks post op now, and was told six weeks until you can excercise.

but there is nothing to stop you walking and doing gentle stretching in the lower region

hi im 7 weekjs post op today i”ve been able to walk my dogs comfortably for about 3 weeks now, last night i tried a little jog – but had to hold my boobs while i jogged and i could feel every bump in the ground so i gave up and just walked!! haha x

I have put on 7lb since my ba, it’s awful.

Tomorrow I am on a vegetable diet. Can’t wait to start running again but I think I will have to invest in a heavy duty sports bra to stop them bruising my chin! X
