i kept active from day 1 one hun plenty of long walks and at around 3 weeks po i strarted using my stepper, 3 times a day 10 min at a time, i then went back to the gym 4 weeks post opp and gradually worked myself back up to pre opp fitness, i usually go to the gym between 5-7 times a week, i hated not being able to go just after my opp xx

I went to the gym 8 days po but just did gentle exercise, went on the bike and walked on treadmill with an incline, just going to keep doing that for longer each time till I feel I’m up to jogging, but reckon will be strange jogging with 525 implants in lol, I couldn’t just sit at home eating chocolate I’d be fat as a heifer in no time.

I went day 3 after my uplift and implant. Only walked on highest incline for an hour but I must admit didn’t feel 100% and sweat loads. I’m used to doing a lot of weights etc and I’m hating not being able to train properly. At moment (nearly 4 weeks post op) I’m doing 20 mins steep incline walk, 20 mins static bike and 20 mins cross trainer but not using arms. I feel fine. Don’t think my MaCom bra is much support so not doing the stepper etc and not using my Arms at all. Just take it steady and don’t push yourself x
