    Hey girls

    Had my first week check up with the nurse today.. lol, travelled over 2 hours there to be seen for all of about 15 minutes but never mind! Anyways, she said they were looking really good and I can shower in a couple of days =D whoop whoop.

    Drove myself home for the first time as well, which wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be!! I feel much more myself now, and my boyfriend loves my new additions =D hehe.

    I forgot to ask the nurse though.. when will I be able to do some light exercise?? I’m starting to feel like a lazy pig lol, although once I start work again on Monday I think my body will start to feel normal again. I would just like to do stomach crunches and lunges etc nothing too physical..

    not yet babe… ur outter scars may have healed but insde they wont have…. no exercise for 6 weeks xxxx sit ups r a bad idea babe, u dont wanna do those yet xxxxxx

    I do lots of walking and going up and down the stairs and I’m gonna try a toning belt x

    I’ve seen butt toning belts.. does anyone know if they’re any good??

    ooo I read about the slendertone system shorts and wondered if anybody has used this?

    Maybe something like an exercise bike that would have no impact on your top half? You could call your PC to ask? I think I’ll be the same and was planning on sitting on my exercise bike to stop myself from going all soft, although I’m not much use because I’ve not been through it yet so don’t listen to me! x
