i had 260 overs and i started exercising at 3 weeks, same sort of intensity as pre-op, although not running or anything which causes a lot of bouncing! its just over 4 weeks and im back in the gym most days,,, im not particularly gym obsessed i just feel completely fine so i’m doing it.. i had a really good and fast recovery right from the beginning though so not sure if that helped, also overs heal much faster than unders.. ive been told the general rule is that if it hurts or feels wrong you should stop.. there are plastic surgeons that say you can start exercising at three weeks, mine said 6 weeks but i think thats just a general rule to cover themselves.. i dont know! just dont do anythign that will affect them. if you feel up to it just start small and see how far u feel comfortable taking it x
