I’m three and half weeks PO now and feeling fat!!! The scales say I’ve only put on 2lb since my op but I look and feel much bigger than that. Do any of you other PO girls think I’ll be ok doing a bit of light exercise, jogging, sit ups etc…. I’m a complete sucker for good so can’t and won’t diet, but can’t carry on feeling like this! Driving me mad!!! Xx

I’ve spoken to my surgeon today he said I’m ok to go and do light cardio such as cross trainer (prob without arms), walking and cycling today as long as you don’t do any upper body stuff. I’m 16 days PO x

Most Drs wont allow anything other than walks for 6 weeks due to the risk of internal bleeds. Those 2lbs are likely the weight of your implants btw 😉 You will be bloated from the GA for weeks, it took me around a month to look normal!x
