I do and did, a lot of upper body weight exercises and lifted weights, as well as cardio. I had unders and whilst I am back doing push ups (albeit took about 10 weeks to do full ones again) its not the same as pre-op. I can do 2-3 sets fine and then I feel the muscle pulling really hard..wierd sensation, it makes me stop. I’ve not done any chest exercises with weights yet.
Nikkichicki – you’ll probably be fine on an exercise bike…I found it was a shock to my system and didnt want to do much at 3 weeks, but if you bounced back 3 weeks after childbirth..all credit to ya!!
