Hi girls, so i am 4 weeks post BA on Wednesday and i love my new boobs! 🙂 Only thing is i just feel horrendous with not being able to exercise! I feel fine now and do not have any pain at all only round my incisions so i am thinking about going back to the gym try and feel better again!
Does anyone have any advice on me returning to exercise? Is it wise or would you leave it until the full 6 weeks? Should i just do legs? Has anyone gone back early? Any advice would be helpful x

Personally I would wait. You have paid so much money for your new boobies you don’t want to do any damage. They may have heeled on the outside but you can’t see the inside. That’s my opinion tho, everyone is different but I would personally wait. ?

I was back in the gym15 days after my op and I’ve bee fine babe. I had a good recovery mind but before my op I trained twice a day so it killed me to be out I was so bloated and felt rubbish if you feel upto it start easy with spinning or treadmill walks. I’ve been back lifting heavier than I was before my op now and I’m only 8 weeks PO. You know your own body Hun if you feel upto it and itl make you feel better why not xxx

I was thinking to start with long walks or maybe some bike at the gym when I feel able to move properly and The pain face completely. I guess everyone is different but as long you don’t work your upper body, it might help to move a little.

Hey! I am 7 weeks PO and have started properly exercising again now. At my 6 weeks the nurse said I could run and that again as long as I had a good bra on. Before my op I worked out 5 days a week so really struggled with not moving. I was out walking on week 3, didn’t push myself just a slow walk. I think with the exercise its something To do with not letting your heart rate raise too much so I just walked slow. I may be wrong tho!! Now I’m back to it I can’t do anything ab wise, I had unders so assuming my muscles just havnt recovered properly yet, so I have been sticking to cardio and lower body. Also not sure about weights, I can’t do a press up so don’t think I could do them anyway lol hope your recovery goes well, just go with what your body tells you. 1 week PO I was out walking then realised I was pushing it too much, you know when you have done enough lol xxxxx
