Exercise

HI Girls
How long did you wait before exercising, do i have to wait til 6 week check? My op was just over 3 weeks ago, dont want to do any damage but desperate to do some exercise!

really well, i cant wait to get this sports bra off though, wish i could put on a nice alter neck thos weekend ,xx

i know driving me mad, gorgeous weather and i can only wear thyings to cover thick sports bra straps hate it. Half way there tho 3 more weeks to go xxx

Yea i think thats what i was told but i feel fine sure i must be able to do some kind of exercise as long as dont use my chest and got good sports bra on? xxx

ive been doing a lot of walking but realy wanna start doing my sit ups and stuff to get bk in shape for summer. xx

iv been told i can excersie just not to work arms or chest, as for halter neck top. if u dont wanna wear a sports bra i have been told its ok to wear no bra or a normal bra but without underwire, i asked all this as i go on holiday next week, at the moment i am 3 weeks post op today, i went out last saturday night in a nice ish non wired normal bra. x

i waited 6wks as i didnt want to cause them to burst lol xx

how would they burst ?x
