Exercise after BA

I must admit, I am a bit of a gym freak and I do love going for it on the treadmill… however once my boobs have been considerably enlarged I was wondering if it would make a significant difference to my performance? I think back to Katie Price doing the NY Marathon so may be not? Just wondering what your experience with exercise afterwards is?

Hi again – i do loads of weights including Kettle bells and boxing training – been told I need 6-8 weeks off and even after that I need to be careful cos I use a 16kg kettlebell and alot of the moves will put strain on chest – they pretty much said its up to my surgeon and what he suggests depending on healing time etc. gonna kill me cos even 2 days off gym does my head in…but got to be done i guess xx

I am the same! Can’t wait to get back to the gym! Am 9 days post-op atm, but am probs gonna wait until i get the plasters off 2moro before i go to the gym! Will let u know how i get on, but my implants weren’t too big so i might be alright xxx

yeah, do wonder if I should have gone bigger but then I remember what Dr C said that they would look fake so just keep reminding myself that lol, am happy with them! just cant wait to get the tapes off!! have urs gone down since swelling reduced at all? xx

Don’t seem to have at all, my right’s a bit smaller than my left but they were like that originally. I’m just looking forward to when they fluff lol. I have been thinking whether i should’ve gone bigger as well, but i was so scared of how much pain i was going to be in so didn’t. xx

yeah exactly same as me, cos i was told that because 300s would have been such a tight fit they would be alot more painful so I wimped out! Im in 34B or 32C bra, hoping they will fluff like mad lol!! xx
