How far post op are you hun? and did you have overs or unders?

You should’nt be exercising till 6 weeks after the op, and nothing too strenuous for the first couple of months. Go by your surgeon’s advice otherwise you could be chucking your money down the drain and cause complications. There’s no reason they would lose any size when you exercise though x

They do say to lose weight before the op as weight can affect your breasts but it just depends on your size. I’m at the point where unless I starve myself I can’t lose anymore weight so exercise etc just maintains me but if I was a size 20 and I came down to a size 10 it would definitely affect my boobs. Hope that makes sense xx

Oh that’s true.. losing weight can affect the size of your boobs if you’re genetically predispositioned to lose from that area. But exercise in itself shouldn’t affect, unless you’re controlling your diet too.

Generally if your losing weight it will come from all the areas that you dont want it too first. Whenever I lose weight it comes off my upper body first, losing weight wont affect the implant but just your natural breast issue. That said you might be one of the lucky ones whom I envy.

Your only slim anyway then so I wouldn’t worry about losing much if any off your chest. I was a 34a/aa so no amount of exercise or diet made any difference to my chest. I was flat regardless. I’m going to do sit ups once I’m healed to try and flatten my stomach and improve my diet as I’m being lazy and eating what I please right now but I don’t see it affecting my boobs. I’m about 56kgs and 167cms xx

I’m 10 months p.o and have finally got a defined six-pack (it was my goal after having boobs done!)..but it is at the expense at losing body fat, which yes, has also reduced the size of my boobs!! Although theyre now a little smaller than what I wanted, theyre still 100% better than what I had this time last year :)

It’s the price you pay hun x
