    Hello girls!

    Im just under 3 weeks post opp :D healing great and feel fantastic….only problem is ive put on 8 pound!!!!! i need to exercise before its too late! do you think i would be ok to go for a 30 min run every other morning? I worried ill have saggy skin when i finally do start to exercise and that ill never be back to the shape i was before my opp!

    Im so so so so worried, did anyone exercise early? and did it cause them any damage?

    hi hun, i kept active from day after my opp, plenty of long walks and at 3 weeks po i started using my stepper, doing 10 min at a time a few times a day, at 4.5 weeks po i was back in the gym, i started of lightly and worked my way up to my pre opp fitness, im not nearly 7 months po, and id say say it took me til about 8 week po to be able to do everything in the gym that i done before my opp, just make sure you dont work your chest for a while. listen to you body and do what feels right for you :) xx

    belle you got a flat belly i seen your tummy :)

    its all about what you eat when it comes to you tummy, even really skinny girls can hold fat round there stomach due to bad diet, excess sugar and salt coz bloating ect, your best bet is to make sure you have a healthy diet of fish,chicken,wholemeal pasta/bread, plenty of veg. when you able to plenty of ab excercises, the plank is awesome for abs, the fit ball is really good so have a go at sit ups on there, leg raises are also good for abs xx

    lol you should see it now, it’s a real jelly belly! Thanks I need to sort my diet out, it consists of mainly sugar and salt lol I’ll try and be good. xx

    :D Thanks i used to just go jogging in the mornings, Im going to go for my first jog tomorrow now :D do 15 minutes to start off with then gradually get better, Plus i’m going to only drink water :) Ive got into a bad habbit of eating subway for my dinner!! i need to stop before i cant get bk to my normal size! xxx
