Hey Hun, We Have Similar Stats.. I’m Currently Just Under 11stone But Was 11&1/2 Since Booking My Op 2 Weeks Ago I’ve Managed Too Loose 8lbs Aiming For More But Feels Like Im Running Out Of Time Lol So Basically I Have Found The Only Thing That Really Works For Me Is Running Lol Tried So Many Different Diets But Just Never Works But Been Going Gym A Couple Of Times A Week And The Running Seems Too Be Paying Off.. The Days I Haven’t Been Going Just Been Doing Workout DVDs From On YouTube Just Typed In Insanity Workouts And They Seem Too Be Working Wonders!! Drinking Lots Of Water Throughout The Day & My Dinners Have Just Been A Piece Of Meat And Veg Literally Sounds Exciting I Know Lol! But No Way Was I Paying All This Money Too Have Nicer Bigger Boobs And Not Trying My Hardest Too Loose Weight! Hope You Reach Your Goal Weight Hun Good Luck xx

My family swear by the protein diet& no carbs or sugars which also means no fruit. But my nan has literally just lost 8lbs in a week! And it was her belly that she is shifting x

Have you tried the 5:2 diet? It’s 5 days of eating normal (healthy that is) and 2 days of fasting eating 500 calories a day of protein and veg. I started this a couple of weeks before my BA and vaser. I was reasonably fit and a size 10 but wanted to loose a bit before. I did loose some but obviously not enough time to have much of an effect. Will continue once I start to feel better.
After BA and vaser (didn’t have much fat removed just contouring) I can see I’ve lost a bit more but think it’s more to do with lack of exercise so loss of muscle mass plus a reduction in appetite. Haven’t weighed myself yet though.

Look it up on the internet. Loads of people swear by it

I do running and the rowing machines are absolutely great as they work every muscle in your body! Squats give you a great booty to match your new boobs 🙂 and I used to do pole dancing before I injured my back and that was a great workout as you use your own body as weights! Pole fitness didn’t even feel like exercise as I enjoyed it so much but I don’t know if it will help you lose 2+ stone in 6 weeks :/ metafit gets great results though! There’s a company called ‘get fit both east’ and they always post before and after results from their clients who do metafit like 3 times a week! Might be worth having a look at those on their facebook page 🙂 best of luck hun! Xx
